CHARGED: Man accused of first degree kidnapping | 911
PENDER COUNTY, NC (WECT) – Deputies with the Pender County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man last week for first degree kidnapping charges.
According the weekly intake report for the county, Sevonta Akeem Waddell, 21, was arrested August 7.
In addition to the first degree kidnapping charge, Waddell was also charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
