PENDER COUNTY, NC (WECT) – The DWI case against Pender County Commissioner David Williams has been continued for another time.
Williams, a commissioner for District 1 in Pender County, was in court Monday in Mecklenburg County on a DWI charge from December 3, 2010.
A motion was made to suppress the breathalyzer evidence and the judge granted the motion.
This time the DWI case has been continued to Friday, April 13.
Court records show Williams was charged with a DWI in 1993 and pleaded guilty in 1994.
